Christina Marcantonio is an interdisciplinary artist who works in fiber and time-based media. Her practice centers around exploring daily life in and outside the home. Marcantonio draws inspiration from her materials: worn clothing, broken tools and toys, and other artifacts. Her work serves as a connection between the viewer and their own memories of home and daily life. She received an MFA from Massachusetts College of Art and Design in 2022. She has worked professionally as a costume technician for over 10 years and currently works for the Boston Ballet. She resides in Boston, Ma.
